Who is Haji Afzal?
According to police records, Hafi Afzal is a notorious history-sheeter in Northeast Delhi. He has a total of 26 criminal cases registered against him under serious sections, including murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, the Arms Act, assault, the DPDP Act, and the MCOCA. He was convicted in one MCOCA case and served a six-year sentence.
